Write to hello@msg.fengjun.wang for anything at all: a file that fails to convert, a format you wish were supported, a broken translation, or a question about how the parser works.
For privacy questions and data requests, use privacy@msg.fengjun.wang so they are not lost among general mail.
Reporting a file that will not convert
Please tell us which tool page you used, which browser and version, and what the page showed you — the exact error text, or the wrong output you got instead. A screenshot of the message area helps a lot.
Do not attach the .msg file to your first email. It almost certainly contains private correspondence, and since the converter runs locally we never needed a copy in the first place. If a file turns out to be impossible to diagnose without a sample, we will ask you whether you can produce a harmless test message that reproduces the same failure.
